The Kelter Center is a private clinic and a non-public agency that serves the educational and scholastic self-esteem needs of our clients and their families. Our policies and programs are driven by a strong commitment to the principles of integrity, honesty, equality, and courteousness. These principles combine to create an institution where communication, problem solving, and mutual support permeate the interaction between the staff members, our students and their families, and the greater educational community with which we work.
