The Kelter Center's Programs

Parents seek the help of tutors and educational therapists when their child is having difficulties with school and homework. Many students have augmented their school work with after school, subject matter help year after year.

When a family comes to us with these types of concerns, The Kelter Center's approach is different than other educational therapy facilities and tutors.

We begin our work by investigating each student's academic and "learning to learn" skills. Our educational evaluation dictates and orders each student's learning/educational programming choices.

Our educational programs reflect how people learn.

There are three phases to our learning interventions.

  • Phase 1 – Cognitive Processing Programs - The PACE, the Cogmed and Pay Attention Programs

  • Phase 2 – is our Educational Therapy Program

  • Phase 3 – is the Application to School Work
